Compliance
Compliance
Proper practice is the foundation of Access
When working with critical infrastructure, airports, public institutions, and some of the country’s largest companies, compliance is not an annex.
It is the very foundation of our business and the way we operate.
Access is built on a simple basic rule: Everything must be legal, ethical, and explainable on a single sheet of paper.
We consistently work based on three principles that define our approach to compliance.
01.
Conservative approach to legislation
We never stretch the rules. In case of doubt, we choose the secure solution and operate within the most restrictive interpretation range.
02.
Integrity at every stage
We hold ourselves to the same high standards that our most critical clients would demand. Integrity applies even when no one is watching.
03.
Full transparency
Clients, authorities, and partners must be able to see at any time what we have done, when, and on what basis. Documentation is not something we attach as an afterthought. It is something we integrate.
Ethical guidelines in practice
Our internal ethical rules are rooted in applicable legislation and good business practice. This means zero compromises on security, whether physical, technical, or organizational. No grey areas regarding corruption or conflicts of interest. We would rather decline an assignment than compromise on our values. We demonstrate respect for people and fair working conditions, both internally and throughout our entire supply chain. Data is used responsibly and always with the purpose of creating security – never exploitation.

Legislation and standards
We work systematically with regulatory requirements and standards that are key for our clients. This includes data protection and information security, working environment and safety around technical installations, as well as public tenders and contractual foundations. Our documentation is structured so that it can be directly incorporated into our clients’ own compliance packages.
The Sustainable Development Goals as a practical direction
The UN Sustainable Development Goals are not decoration in a presentation. They are a practical compass for how we develop our solutions and our organization.
We focus specifically on Goals 9, 11, and 12.
Goal number 9
Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure:
We digitize operations, documentation, and service through Access 360 and Conventum.
Goal number 11
Sustainable Cities and Communities:
We ensure stable and secure infrastructure systems in public buildings, airports, and major enterprises.
Goal number 12
Responsible Consumption and Production:
We extend the lifespan of installations through proper maintenance and fewer unnecessary replacements.
Suppliers and subcontractors
We are vendor-independent, but not value-neutral. We select partners who meet our standards for quality, safety, and ethics. We expect all suppliers to comply with applicable legislation regarding working conditions, tax matters, and contractual obligations. Agreements, documentation, and follow-ups are conducted systematically so our clients can feel confident across the entire supply chain.

Transparency through Access 360 and Conventum
Access Solutions enhances operations in high-security environments by delivering full transparency, full control, and total vendor independence. You always get the solution that best supports your security concept – never a product dictated by a manufacturer. Access 360 brings management, finances, consumption, and warranties across all installations together into one clear overview, while Conventum ensures that every single action is documented, traceably performed, and quality-controlled. Together, they give you operations without blind spots, fewer risks, and stability capable of supporting even the most critical functions.
